What we collect
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. If you email us, we hold your name, email address and the content of your message so that we can reply.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and follow up on a possible engagement.
- To keep a record of our correspondence where we have a business relationship.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or the steps needed to enter into a contract with you.
How long we keep it
No longer than we need to reply to you and manage any business relationship that follows, unless we need to keep it longer to meet a legal obligation.
Who we share it with
This website is hosted by Vercel, and our email and document systems by Microsoft 365. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email info@chislgroup.com. In the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. In South Africa you can contact the Information Regulator.
